Our Mission
The West Island Cancer Wellness Centre exists to empower people who are
encountering cancer by providing them with compassionate support and
comprehensive information for mind, body, and spirit.
Our Vision

Empower people experiencing cancer to find and uphold their inner strength
and continue to lead productive lives.

Address the growing cancer crisis in Quebec by
providing people on the West Island and in surrounding areas with the
benefits of a whole-care approach to wellness while encountering cancer.

Serve people with cancer and their support
circle of family and friends:

Provide education, support, programs, and
professional services for mind, body, and spirit.

Serve men, women, and children of all ages
and all types of cancer – from diagnosis to one year post-treatment.

Help people supporting and care-giving for
a loved one with cancer with emotional support and reputable
information.

Help those encountering cancer to navigate
the medical system.

Provide all services 100% free of charge.

Be a home-away-from-home: a warm environment
staffed by caring people.

Educate the general public regarding the
whole-care approach and cancer prevention.

Provide links to other resources available
across Montreal and surrounding areas.
